Friday 22 January 2027, 7 pm Paris time, 60 minutes by video. A sound journey, a mandala and time to talk, to feel whether the programme is right for you.

Join the circle

A well-being and personal-growth programme. It does not replace medical, psychological or psychotherapeutic care, and can sit well alongside it.

Every place has its own frequency.

I travel to listen to it. Wherever I am, online or in person, I open a space where you slow down and let your soul speak through mandala journaling: writing and colouring a mandala around one intention. Then sound carries it.

You leave with a mandala you coloured yourself, and a journal to continue the practice at home.

And every ritual gives back. Wherever I work, 10% of everything I earn goes to a local cause.

The ritual, step by step

    You choose a mandala and a question, guided by the energy of the moon.

    Write & colour

    Mandala journaling: a few words in the journal, then slow colouring, holding the question in mind. No skill needed, nothing to get right.

    A sound journey that carries the intention deeper, while the body rests.

    Take home

    The mandala, a few written words, and the journal to return to the practice.

Why write and colour before sound

A gentle way in

Many people find it hard to sit still and meditate. Colouring gives the mind a simple, absorbing task, so it settles without effort.

An intention made visible

Holding a question while drawing turns a vague wish into something seen and named, ready to be carried by the sound.

Something to keep

The mandala and a few written words stay with you, a trace of the experience long after the ritual.

About

Maïya Katy

Sound therapist, holistic mentor and mandala artist, with sixteen years of experience as a specialised educator in Luxembourg. I hold a university diploma in traumatology, and I founded TaBoo asbl, a peer support group for women survivors of violence.

Today I travel with my instruments, bringing together Tibetan and crystal bowls, chimes, the tubalophone, the kora and other organic instruments with the slow, meditative act of colouring.

My compass: luxury that heals, and gives back.
